QUESTO È UN ALBUM UNICO NEL SUO GENERE, NEL SENSO CHE NON LO TROVERETE DA NESSUN'ALTRA PARTE. Infatti è stato registrato da un duo amatoriale a me molto vicino. Per l'aggiunta, registrato quasi "artigianalmente", con estrema penuria di mezzi, in pochissime sedute. Nonostante alcune evidenti lacune tecniche dei musicisti, i brani si distinguono per freschezza e, soprattutto, per i testi, pur attingendo qua e là nell'universo pop-rock.

Consiglio quindi un ascolto simpatico di "Pagine di ieri" - album inquadrabile come pop melodico ricco di atmosfere, con evidenti richiami ai suoni e alle tematiche anni Settanta e Ottanta. Eventuali commenti sono ben accetti.

THIS IS A UNIQUE ALBUM, AS YOU WON'T FIND IT ANYWHERE ON THE WEB (OR IN RECORD SHOPS). In fact, it was recorded by an amateur duo I am well acquainted with - they recorded it without professional finish, with poor equipment available and during a few sessions. Despite the evident gaps in these musicians' skills, the songs sound "fresh" and feature quite interesting lyrics, though they draw inspiration from many and various pop-rock sources.

Therefore, I recommend that you should listen to "Pagine di ieri" in a welcoming, "sympathetic" mood. It can be labelled as a "melodic pop" album rich in atmosphere, with clear references to the sound and patterns of the Seventies and Eighties. Comments and reviews are welcomed!
