LA GRANDE CASA (FORMULA 3)

La Formula 3 è stata una delle formazioni rock italiane più amate dei primi anni '70, grazie anche alla loro collaborazione con Lucio Battisti che li portò alla neonata etichetta Numero Uno, producendo il loro primo album.

"La grande casa" è il loro quarto lavoro, pubblicato nel 1973. Sebbene considerato il più debole dei loro album, trovo interessanti, in particolare, alcuni spunti: il brano iniziale "Rapsodia di Radius", "Libertà per quest'uomo" e, soprattutto, "La bambina sbagliata", grande successo a 45 giri dell'epoca - un single davvero originale.

Formula 3 were one of the favourite Italian rock bands in the early Seventies, also thanks to their collaboration with Lucio Battisti, who signed them to the newly born "Numero Uno" recording company and also produced their first album.

"La grande casa" is the fourth album by Formula 3. Released in 1973, it is considered to be their "weakest" work; yet, I think it is well worth being listened to, in particular "Rapsodia di Radius", "Libertà per quest'uomo" and, above all, "La bambina sbagliata" (a successful, outstanding hit of that time).
