ADDIO LUCIANO - R.I.P.

“Big” Luciano se ne è andato la scorsa notte nella sua villa di Modena.

Aveva 71 anni e da tempo combatteva contro un tumore al pancreas.
Oltre ad essere uno dei più grandi interpreti mondiali della musica operistica, Luciano ha collaborato con molti musicisti rock, fra i quali Bono (U2), Zucchero e Brian May (Queen).

Luciano Pavarotti, the great Italian tenor, died at 5.00 a.m. this morning.

He was 71 years old and had been fighting against pancreas cancer for two years.

One of the greatest opera singers in the world, Luciano Pavarotti also collaborated with leading rock artists, including Bono (U2), Zucchero, Brian May (Queen), and many others.
