“Live at the Marquee” è un album dal vivo dei King Crimson, pubblicato nell’ottobre 1998 su iniziativa del King Crimson Collectors' Club. Si ritiene che i primi sette brani siano stati registrati al Marquee Club di Londra il 6 luglio 1969. L’ultimo pezzo è stato registrato al Fairfield Halls di Croydon (Londra) il 17 ottobre 1969.
Si tratta di un album consigliato soprattutto ai fan dei King Crimson, soprattutto se si tiene conto della resa sonora a dir poco grezza. Da segnalare, in ogni caso, l’esecuzione di “I talk to the wind” - una vera perla live per qualsiasi appassionato di rock progressivo. La traccia 2 (“Drop in”) altro non è che una versione introduttiva di “The letters”, brano incluso in “Islands” quarto album dei King Crimson.
