SCARICARE MUSICA GRATIS? NON SE NE PARLA NEMMENO!
Tre giorni fa, la testata principale della prima pagina di un quotidiano a distribuzione gratuita della mia città recitava quanto riportato nella prima foto in alto:
DA OGGI È LEGALE IL DOWNLOAD GRATIS.
Il giorno dopo, lo stesso giornale precisava come indicato nella seconda foto:
LE MAJOR GELANO QTRAX.
In poche parole, dopo che lunedì scorso si attestava la disponibilità, da parte di alcune major discografiche, a rendere i loro archivi disponibili gratuitamente on-line, il giorno successivo seguiva l’inevitabile marcia indietro.
Nulla di strano. È solo che certa gente non ha ancora capito quale potenza “democratica”, in termini di condivisione, ha ormai assunto la Rete …

DOWNLOADING MUSIC FREE OF COST FROM THE WEB? FORGET ABOUT IT!
Three days ago, the leading headline on the first page of a free tabloid distributed in my city read as shown in the picture above at the top:
DOWNLOADING MUSIC FREE OF COST IS LEGAL FROM TODAY’S DATE ON.
The following day, the same newspaper presented a headline contradicting such statement, as shown in the picture above at the bottom:
THE MAJOR RECORDING AND PRODUCING COMPANIES DAMPEN QTRAX.
To sum up, a few leading recording and producing companies operating in the music business declared last Monday that they were willing to make their archives available free of cost on the Web. On the very following day, the same companies denied having made such a statement.

Speriamo che prima o poi, più prima che poi, queste case discografiche permettano il download free almeno degli albums pubblicati 15 e oltre anni fa. Mi sembrerebbe una cosa accettabile.
