Un vecchio amico mi ha invitato a trascorrere qualche giorno da lui in montagna.
Pur avendo fatto già due settimane al mare, ho deciso di accettare l'invito e concedermi qualche altro giorno di relax.

An old friend of mine invited me to spend a few days at his cottage on the mountains.
Though I already took a fortnight's vacation, I have decided that I'll accept my friend's invitation and relax some more.
